The Hood County Sheriff's Office prides itself in being a 'full service' law enforcement agency. That means the residents of Hood County can be assured, regardless of the situation, highly trained and equipped Deputies are available to maintain peace and safety.

Some of these deputies work in what are called 'Special Units.' It is important to remember being assigned to a special unit is not a full time job.
